The Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group is led by owners and operators of the critical infrastructure along with invited state and local government officials from various disciplines.

The Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group’s governance structure consists of an Executive Steering Committee which provides oversight to the general Working Group membership, and Subcommittee(s).

Executive Steering Committee

The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) of the Multi-State Fleet Response Working Group provides overall direction for all Working Group related matters and activities.  Comprised of private sector members, and working with

state/local government advisors, the ESC serves as the governing body for all of the Working Group committees and initiatives. Members of this group include:

Sub-Committee – Electric Sector Requirements

This sub-committee focuses specifically on the unique requirements of the electric sector. Also comprised of private and public representatives, it identifies choke points that both the states and companies agree can be resolved within 12 months and provide operational impact to the private sector. Members of this group include:

Sub-Committee – Training & Education

This sub-committee was formed during the CATEX 2013 exercise to focus on training of private sector liaison officers who are stationed within government Emergency Operations Centers during events. This committee will also work to develop and coordinate the education of government and the private sector on specific fleet movement related issues across the nation. This committee is also made up of both private and public representatives. Members of the group include:
